4. Tools and Services We Use

The Site is built and operated using a number of third-party tools and services. This section describes the tools we use and what each does with your information. Each provider processes data independently in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Website platform and hosting

The Site is hosted on a third-party website platform, which sets cookies that allow the Site to function securely. The platform processes this information as a service provider on our behalf.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site. This service collects your IP address and device and browser identifiers, along with information about the pages you view and how you navigate. That data is transmitted to Google, which processes it as our service provider. Analytics cookies load only after you allow them. You may also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Forms, contact, and business records

Information you submit through forms on the Site is delivered to us by email and may also be stored in a customer relationship management platform so that we can respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. These platforms process that information as service providers on our behalf.

Email communications

If you subscribe to our email list or opt in to receive email updates, your contact details are stored in an email marketing platform that sends those messages on our behalf. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes real visitors from automated bots. It runs invisibly and does not require you to complete a challenge. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA is necessary for the security of our forms.

Accessibility tool

The Site may include a third-party accessibility widget that lets you adjust display settings such as text size and contrast. Where present, it may store your display preferences on your device. See our Accessibility Statement for more about this tool and its limits.

Consent applies to all of the above. Cookies and scripts that are not essential for the Site to function are blocked until you give permission through our cookie banner. If we add or change a tool, it remains subject to the same permission requirement, and we update this Policy and our Cookie Policy accordingly.
