2. About Us

Forward Revenue Management, LLC ("Forward Revenue Management," "we," "our," or "us") provides medical billing, revenue cycle management, credentialing, practice management, consulting, and technology management services to mental health, chiropractic, and other healthcare practices. The Site provides information about our services, allows visitors to contact us, and serves as a resource. We are a business-to-business professional services company. This Site does not process appointments, orders, or online payments.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including to learn about our services, contact us with inquiries, request a consultation, and access resources we make publicly available.

Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship and does not obligate us to provide services.

The Site does not display pricing, packages, or rates for our services. The scope and cost of any engagement are established through direct discussion, a proposal, and a separate signed service agreement between you and FRM.
