SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms describe our business text messaging practice: what messages you may receive, how to opt in and out, and how we handle your mobile number.

1. About Our Text Messaging

Forward Revenue Management may communicate with clients and prospective clients by text message (SMS) in the ordinary course of business. This may include messages about a scheduled meeting or call, a service or billing question, a credentialing matter, a document request, or other business communications related to our services.

We do not operate an automated appointment reminder program, automated invoice or payment notification texts, or recurring automated promotional text messaging campaigns. Messages are sent by a member of our team in connection with a specific matter, not by automated marketing software.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. This is not a recurring automated messaging program, and we will not send messages beyond what is reasonably necessary for the matter at hand.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. We are not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred through your mobile provider.

4. Consent

By providing your mobile number to FRM, such as through a phone call, email, consultation, or client engagement, you agree that a member of our team may contact you by text message regarding the matter discussed. You confirm that you are the mobile account holder or have the account holder’s permission to provide that number, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, and you are not required to opt in to do business with us.

5. Stopping Text Communications

You may ask us at any time to stop communicating with you by text message, by replying STOP or by notifying us through any other reasonable means, such as by phone at (855) 772-1488 or by email at frm@forwardrevenue.net. We will honor your request promptly.

Asking us to stop texting you will not affect your ability to do business with us. If you ask us to stop, we will contact you by phone or email instead. Please make sure we have a current email address and phone number so you do not miss important communications.

Personal information collected through our text messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to communicate with you about the matter you contacted us about, or as required by law.

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued communication with us by text after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network interruptions, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or related to text messaging is limited to re-delivery of the relevant message.

10. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Washington County, Wisconsin.

These SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy govern any text communications between you and Forward Revenue Management.
